Journey through the relational landscapes of Self, Other, Community
and Spirit.
Soul Motion, created by Vinn Marti, is an inquiry into movement
as meditation and medicine.
This ecstatic dance form supports our exploration of the dance that "feels good" rather than the dance that "looks good". Through a blend of music and silence, movement and stillness, we quiet the mind and awaken the body. Paula's inspiring facilitation offers the opportunity to deepen and expand the possibilities of creative expression.
Whether you dance every day, or haven't danced in years -- join us.
Whether you love dance or fear dance -- join us.

Qi gong is a Chinese health practice consisting of a combination of conscious breathing and movement, standing or sitting meditation.
This class explores a style called Xing Yi Qi Gong (pronounced shing yee chi gung). The purpose of this practice is the melding and strengthening of the mind, body, and breath. Among the things we will explore are: embracing the abdomen and abdominal breathing, moving the body as one connected piece, connecting to earth and sky, our natural strength and the limits of that strength, and yin and yang in our bodies. This class is for people interested in an old perspective on integrating the mind and body, for movement people who want more meditation in their life, or people for whom the breath is a pathway to themselves. No previous experience necessary. Please join us.
